About Bruce
Bruce Bowditch is a certified Anusara Yoga® teacher, author and fine artist now living and practicing in Arizona. Bruce is a long time student of John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga®. He was one of the few to apprentice directly with John and was one of his main assistants in national workshops for some time.
Bruce has served as Director of Teaching at Space Studio in Taiwan and leads workshops both nationally and abroad. His detailed knowledge of yoga therapeutics along with his sensitive ability to connect with each student makes Bruce’s teachings personal, transformative and rich.
He generously shares his knowledge and discoveries and dedicates his time to helping others experience the soulfulness, creativity and passion that is the art of Yoga.
